With over 10 years of experience at Dallas College, where he progressed from Help Desk support to Network Support Specialist (providing comprehensive desktop support) to Endpoint Administrator as a Systems Administrator managing SCCM and Intune deployments across Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and specialized devices like Surface Hub 2s and Hololens, Timothy brings deep institutional IT knowledge and enterprise-level expertise to every project. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching CompTIA A+ certification courses.
